Our beetroot salad was pretty much all from the ST MARK'S GARDEN!!! We harvested the beetroot and mixed herbs from what we have here in the school garden!!
We also added some home grown 'on the estate' (of St. Mark's!!) some eggplant into our frittata!!
Wow...we are pretty amazing and inspirational mini chefs in 3/4MC!!
